BookFlightPro.com is an independent connection service that links travelers with verified IATA certified travel agencies. We do not sell tickets manage bookings or handle payments. Because we are not part of the booking or payment process we cannot issue refunds make cancellations or modify reservations. All transactions take place directly with the travel agency or airline that assists you.
1. Refund Policy
Since BookFlightPro.com does not handle ticket sales or payments we are not authorized to provide refunds. All refund requests must be made directly to the travel agency that issued your ticket. Contact details are available on your e ticket or booking confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy
